  • I finished up my sample page for this month's Crop, coming up this Saturday Night. I think it's one of my new favorite pages ever! πŸ™‚ It's really pretty in person – I used the Sending Love Specialty Designer Series Paper and it's so sparkly, I love the glitter accents. I designed the kits to work as a Valentine's Page layout – but I didn't have and Valentine's pictures for my sample so I focused on the Pinks and Browns in the kit and created a page for some spring pictures I've been holding onto.

Here's a sneak peek at the page.

You don't want to miss this crop! If you have not RSVPed yet for the class, I made up a few extra kits. E-mail me right now to RSVP and you can still get in on the fun!

  • I ordered one of the Simply Adorned Charms and a Chain out of the Occasions Mini. When it came in I was excited to play with it and make my first insert. I'm loving the idea of making and wearing my own Stampin' Up! art! as many of you know Jewelry was one of my first crafty loves and I've gotten away from it a little as I've gotten into the Paper crafting side of things – but now I get to merge the two together and I don't think there's anything better in the world! πŸ™‚

  • My space needed a makeover after I tried out the new clear mount stamp option from Stampin' Up! Have you tried out the Clear Blocks and Cling Mount rubber stamps yet?? I'm in LOVE! They're so fun to use and they're so pretty! As soon as I started playing with the clear mount stamp sets I knew I would need something to set on my stamp table to keep the blocks in – I wanted them close and easy to grab, but it had to be something that would live up to the pretty Clear Blocks – I just want to look at them all day long. πŸ™‚

When I saw this box I knew it would be perfect after I did a little decorating.

    IMG_1308

The box was avaliable in either Brown or White. I choose a Brown one for me. (I went back to get a White one for Grandma and I'll work on decorating hers next!) I applied the Certainly Celery Always Bird Decor Elements to the top of the box. Then I tied a piece of Certainly Celery ribbon left over from last year's Sale-a-bration around the edge of the lid.

    IMG_1311

I've had my eye on this bird since he first came out in the Decor Elements brochure and I'm so happy I finally found the right project for him. Doesn't he just pop off the rich brown box?

All the clear blocks fit nicely inside the box.

    IMG_1317

The box also came with an insert for the top. It had an optional divider to split it into 4 compartments but I figured out that if I use the top with no dividers it's the perfect size to hold my Stampin' Scrub, Scissors, and SNAIL adhesive.

    IMG_1314

The top just lifts out and sets to the side when I need to get to the blocks.

    IMG_1320

I finished off my stampin' space makeover with a mini Stampin' Mist Bottle. A small spritzer bottle that's decorated with some Rub-Ons and a tag (Thanks Crista!!).

I'm totally stamping in luxury now – and no it does not take much to make me happy!! πŸ™‚

Don't her Magnolia Girl, Tilda look so cute in her Melon Mambo dress to match!! Crista is just getting her own blog started – so journey over there and check out her post about this project and more!!

  • Just had to share one more of the fun bags we've been working on making. How cute is this cupcake material? And mixed with the polka dots – It reminds me of fun sprinkles – I should call this bag cupcake and sprinkles πŸ™‚

    IMG_1179

I've had soooooooo many request to buy these bags. So Mom and I decided that while we're having fun making bags we'll put our extras up for sale. I'm working on setting Mom up a website for her bags – but while I'm working on that I've set up a spot on my blog for her.

Check it out here along with pictures of the other bags we've been working on.
