Hi Stampers,

I'm here with this week's Create with Connie and Mary Challenge. This week we were given a sketch to inspire our creations…

I have been wanting to make a lollipop card with the Sweets for the Sweet stamp set 2012 Create Challenges-017 since I got it and when I saw the sketch for this challenge I KNEW it was the perfect card layout for a fun sweet card! I used Pool Party for the card base with a little Pool Party Designer Series Paper for the background.

The Lollipop is stamped and punched out then attached to a lillipop stick with Glue Dots. I used a small Zip top bag to cover the lollipop. I simply cut  the bottom zip part away.

I used more Glue Dots to attach the finished Lollippop to the card front.

Don't forget to visit the Create with Connie and Mary website to get more inspiration from the other designers!

I hope you're inspired to play along with us this week! We love to see what you come up with!

What a clever idea to use a tiny ziploc bag! I was wondering how you found something perfectly sized for the lollipop! Such sweet colors too….it’s been great working with you on CCMC…take care!
